In 2010 we were supported by two celebrities Sébastien BUEMI and Natacha GACHNANG.
S.M.O.: These three letters hide a small team of dedicated volunteers, mostly drawn from the Chablais region. They have one thing in common - they share a passion for motor sport and classic vehicles.

A similar team, which made up the Motor Sport Organisation in the early Nineties, successfully organised events for classic cars in 1994 and 1996. These events were both restricted to using some of the roads around the neighbourhood of Ollons. They were enthusiastically and well received by all the participants and the spectators.

Following these initial successes some of the team decided that it would be a wonderful idea to create a retrospective using the original, legendary and challenging course from Ollon to Villars. And so began the revival of the original event. By 1998 everything was in place. Approval from the authorities had been granted, all the people living on and around the hill were prepared to give up access for a short time and the event was able to take place using the original course.

Following a successful first event there followed further events in 2001, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2017. Each event provided lessons which were taken on board by the organising team and the event continues to improve every time it is run.
